LES ECAILLES DU CIEL

Cousin Samba, cursed from the first day, driven out of his village, fails in Leydi-Bondi, lower-districts of the capitaitale to suffer the thousand deaths of the colonial power and the new regime of independence. Turn to every hero in spite of himself and proscribed involuntarily, here he is torn between the call of the past and the confusion of the future.

Through the picaresque adventures of Samba, the scales of the sky invites us to the spectacle of a painful birth, that of contemporary Africa.
