Baobab Fruit Powder

Baobab is the tree of the future. The wild-collected fruits and leaves are processed on site by us and our Baobab is certified organic by Ecocert. The main part of the baobab fruit is the naturally dry fruit pulp. The pulp includes 50% dietary fibers, half soluble and half insoluble. Dietary fibres are fundamental in the composition of a healthy and balanced diet. Futhermore the fruit pulp provides anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidizing as well as prebiotic effects. The powder is a rich source of calcium and potassium, in an optimal ratio and has a high vitamin C content. Several other minerals, vitamins, and trace elements, make the fruit pulp to an ideal dietary supplement.

Baobab can be ingested direct, or incorporated to outstanding effect in other foods. Baobab is especially well suited for drinks, jam, dairy products, chocolate, bread, biscuits or bars.

*Suggested uses: Baobab slightly acidulous, sour taste mixes with everything. Use daily. Add two Tbsp to smoothies, cereals, baked goods, yoghurt, sauces and marinades. Add 2 Tbsp of Baobab to water or juice after a workout to replenish minerals and antioxydants in your body.
